Oral History Workshops
What better way to learn about the history of race relations in America than to interview people who actually lived through periods of great social change in the era of segregation, protests, great civil rights leaders, and legal landmarks?
Professional oral historians will lead workshops introducing procedures on how to conduct oral history interviews and will provide materials for teachers to guide students through the process.
A school may request one workshop for one of the following audiences:
Teachers |
Middle School Students |
High School Students |
