Stephen E. Frantzich is Professor and past Chair of the Department of Political Science at the United States Naval Academy. The author of eight books, he has served as a consultant on politics and technology to the Congress, C-SPAN, numerous research institutes, and a number of foreign governments. Dr. Frantzich earned his Ph.D. and M.A. in Political Science at the University of Minnesota and received his B.A. in Political Science from Hamline University.
