Through the Lens Orientation

Learn photography basics for the upcoming Through the Lens event. A journal and disposable camera will be provided to all participants. Foreign-born and native people are encouraged to participate in an event where up to 25 adults may literally frame their community through a camera lens. Selected photos will be enlarged and unveiled, and photos will be displayed throughout the Urbana and C. Burr Artz libraries, the Literary Council of Frederick County, and the Delaplaine Visual Arts Center. The Maryland Room will archive the original film.
