Baltimore Book Festival: September 26-28, 2008
Look for the MCFB booth at this annual event in Baltimore’s Mount Vernon Cultural District. It’s a true community gathering on the city streets celebrating books and reading.

This year, MHC is pleased to host the author of this year's One Maryland One Book selection, Ron Suskind. Join MHC and “A Hope in the Unseen” Suskind at the Baltimore Book Festival on Saturday, September 27 at the Literary Salon, 12 PM!

National Book Festival: September 27, 2008
This literary extravaganza on the Mall in Washington DC is sponsored by the Library of Congress and Laura Bush. There will be hosts of critically acclaimed authors presenting. You will find the MCFB in the popular “Pavilion of the States”.

Capital BookFest: October 4, 2008
MCFB is looking forward to being part of one of the newer regional book festivals. Join us in Prince Georges County this October.

City Lit Festival: April 18, 2009
This literary festival in Baltimore is held annually at the Central Branch of the Enoch Pratt Free Library.
