As part of the Maryland Humanities Council’s 2009 Chautauqua, Rights and Reformers, scholar/actors will bring to life the personalities and accomplishments of these three legendary figures.

Listen to Woody Guthrie celebrate the life of working people in his songs, poetry and prose as he advocates for the right of workers to unionize.
Programs will be held during June and July 2009 at The Greenbelt Community Center, the College of Southern Maryland, the Community College of Baltimore County, Catonsville, Garrett College, Montgomery College-Germantown, and Perryville Outlet Center.
