Grant Submission Deadlines

Major Grant Deadlines:
Proposals for Major Grants are submitted twice a year: once for projects beginning after January 1 and once for projects beginning after July 1.

For projects beginning on or after July 1, 2008:

	Draft Proposals Due: Monday, March 3, 2008
	Final Grant Proposals Due: Friday, April 11, 2008
	Decision Date: Mid May 2008
	Notification: Late May 2008

Opportunity Grant Deadlines:
Proposals for Opportunity Grants are considered on a rolling basis. Proposals must be submitted at least six weeks before the beginning date of the project.

Also of Note:
The package of Final Grant Proposals (one original and ten copies) must be received at MHC offices by 5:00pm Eastern Time on the date that Final Grant Proposals are due. This is the only submission method for Final Grant Proposals.

One copy of the Draft Grant Proposal can be submitted by mail, fax, or e-mail in either Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat formats.
