Grant Deadlines

Major Grant Deadlines:

Spring: For projects beginning on or after July 1 of each year
Letters of Inquiry Due: March 1*
Grant Proposals Due: April 15*
Notification: Late May

Fall: For projects beginning on or after January 1 of each year
Letters of Inquiry Due: September 1*
Grant Proposals Due: October 15*
Notification: Late November

*Deadlines falling on the weekend or a holiday will be moved to the next business day.

Late or incomplete applications will not be reviewed.

Opportunity Grant Deadlines:

Opportunity Grant deadlines* are January 1, March 1, May 1, July 1, September 1, and November 1. You must submit your application to meet one of the deadlines that is at least ten (10) weeks prior to the start of your project.  Notification of awards will occur five (5) weeks after the application date.

*Deadlines falling on the weekend or a holiday will be moved to the next business day. Projects must be completed within one year of award.

Late or incomplete applications will not be reviewed
